Why this model
ZY-Y-005 is the light version of our reception platform: 498 x 465 mm of footprint and 1.26 m tall, so the screen sits at standing eye level and the machine sits beside a reception desk rather than replacing it.
The six-microphone array is the part that matters in a real lobby. Beam forming picks up speech over background music and footfall, which is where cheaper greeters fail. Welcome scripts, wayfinding routes and campaign screens are edited per site.
Eye level, not knee level
At 1.26 m the 14-inch screen is read standing up. Visitors do not crouch to a tablet bolted to a plinth.
Heard in a noisy lobby
Six-microphone array with beam forming, specified for background music and footfall rather than a quiet meeting room.
Content you control
Welcome scripts, wayfinding routes and campaign screens are edited per site. A copy change does not need a developer.
Compact footprint
498 x 465 mm. It fits in the gap beside the desk instead of taking a staff position.

Buyer questions
Can it speak our language?
Interface language and voice set are configured per project. English, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese are the sets we configure most often — confirm your target list and we will tell you what is available for the platform.
Can it guide a visitor to a room?
Yes. Wayfinding routes are mapped at commissioning; the robot walks the visitor to the destination and returns to its post.
Can it integrate with our booking or queue system?
Through the platform open interface, scoped during the site assessment. We will not promise an integration we have not tested.
Does it need a dedicated power point?
A standard socket at the docking position. Runtime covers a full day of lobby duty with a mid-day top-up.
What is the lead time?
Standard configuration ships in roughly 15 to 30 days.

Send your site details — floor plan, room or bay count, shift pattern — and we reply with the ZY-Y-005 configuration that fits, an indicative budget and a delivery timeline. Usually within two business days.
Other platforms we deploy
Specifications are nominal values measured under standard test conditions and may change without notice. Actual performance depends on site layout, floor surface, network coverage, duty cycle and maintenance. Zheyan assembles, configures and acceptance-tests these platforms in-house at its Shaoxing facility; the exact platform revision and its certificate set for your destination market are confirmed in the written quotation.
