Why this model
Most cleaning robots do one job. ZY-Q-007 does four — scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and dust-mopping — with 15,000 Pa of suction and a mode switch at the touchscreen rather than a tool change.
The base station is what makes unattended operation realistic: 25 litres of clean water and a 6-litre waste tank, so the robot drains, refills and recharges without a facilities technician. It also calls the lift and passes turnstiles, which means one machine can cover a whole building overnight instead of one floor.
Four modes, one pass
Scrub, sweep, vacuum and dust-mop with 15,000 Pa suction. Twin pads at 500 rpm and a 1,500 rpm brush; the mode is switched on screen.
The base station does the dirty work
25 L clean water, 6 L waste. The robot drains, refills and recharges unattended — that is what makes round-the-clock operation realistic.
Floor material handled automatically
Sensors detect tile, marble, concrete or carpet and adjust pressure and suction. There is no floor-type map to maintain.
One machine per building
Calls the lift and passes turnstiles, with multi-floor maps. A single unit covers a whole building on the night shift.

Where it is deployed
Office towers
Night-shift cleaning across floors, with the machine calling the lift itself and the lobby clean before staff arrive.
Shopping malls
Four modes handle hard floor, carpet transitions and food-court spillage on the same route.
Hotels and banks
Low noise under 70 dB, so daytime operation in low-traffic areas is realistic.
Schools and workshops
Standard workshops and corridors, with the dust-mop mode for fine particulate after a shift.
Buyer questions
Will it damage polished marble?
Pad pressure and water volume are adjustable per zone. For polished stone we commission at reduced pressure and confirm on a test patch before the schedule starts.
How many square metres per hour in practice?
Rated 400 to 650 m²/h depending on mode. Real throughput is lower in cluttered or partitioned space, so we size the fleet from your floor plan rather than from the rating.
Can it work at night unattended?
Yes — scheduled operation with auto-return to the base station. An exception report tells your facilities team in the morning what was skipped and why.
Does it need a lift interface?
For multi-floor work, yes. It calls the lift and passes turnstiles; the interface is commissioned per building.
What is the lead time?
Standard configuration ships in roughly 15 to 30 days; the base station ships with the unit.

Send your site details — floor plan, room or bay count, shift pattern — and we reply with the ZY-Q-007 configuration that fits, an indicative budget and a delivery timeline. Usually within two business days.
Other platforms we deploy
Specifications are nominal values measured under standard test conditions and may change without notice. Actual performance depends on site layout, floor surface, network coverage, duty cycle and maintenance. Zheyan assembles, configures and acceptance-tests these platforms in-house at its Shaoxing facility; the exact platform revision and its certificate set for your destination market are confirmed in the written quotation.
