Why this model

ZY-P-006 is an unmanned forklift built to the pallet rather than the other way round. Fork length, lift height and load centre are specified from your racking, and the payload range across the series runs from 500 to 2,000 kg.

Laser SLAM means commissioning usually does not stop production: in most layouts there is no magnetic tape or reflector grid to install. Repeatability of plus or minus 10 mm is what makes automatic racking and conveyor hand-off work without a human nudging the forks, and task dispatch comes from your MES or WMS rather than a separate console.

Payload range for real pallets

500 to 2,000 kg across the series. Fork length, lift height and load centre are specified from your pallet and racking.

No floor reconstruction

Laser SLAM needs no tape or reflector grid in most layouts, so commissioning does not stop production.

Positioning you can plan around

Plus or minus 10 mm repeatability is what makes automatic racking and conveyor hand-off work without a human correcting the forks.

Talks to MES and WMS

Tasks are dispatched from your existing system instead of a separate AGV console that nobody maintains.

Where it is deployed

Factory line-side

Raw material to the line and finished goods away from it, on a fixed cycle that matches takt time.

Warehouse in and out

Inbound put-away and outbound picking, dispatched from the WMS.

Loading docks

Trailer loading and unloading where a fixed route beats a manual forklift and a driver.

High-bay racking

Repeatable lift heights and plus or minus 10 mm positioning for rack entry.

Buyer questions

Can it work in a freezer or an outdoor yard?

Cold-store and outdoor configurations are quoted separately, with different batteries and sealing. Tell us the temperature range and floor surface.

What safety standard does it meet?

Safety laser scanners and bumpers are specified per project, and the applicable standard depends on the destination market. We confirm the safety configuration in writing before manufacture.

How long is commissioning?

Typically one to two weeks on site after delivery, covering mapping, route teaching and operator training for a single-vehicle deployment.

Can it share a route with people and manual forklifts?

Yes, with the specified scanner configuration and speed zones. Mixed traffic is the normal case in existing plants, and it is the main reason we insist on a site survey.

What is the lead time?

Built to order: 45 to 60 days, longer for multi-vehicle fleets.

Get the datasheet and an indicative price

Send your site details — floor plan, room or bay count, shift pattern — and we reply with the ZY-P-006 configuration that fits, an indicative budget and a delivery timeline. Usually within two business days.

Other platforms we deploy

Specifications are nominal values measured under standard test conditions and may change without notice. Actual performance depends on site layout, floor surface, network coverage, duty cycle and maintenance. Zheyan assembles, configures and acceptance-tests these platforms in-house at its Shaoxing facility; the exact platform revision and its certificate set for your destination market are confirmed in the written quotation.
