Why this model

ZY-P-001 is the platform we deploy most often in food service. The frame carries 42 x 50 cm metal trays on a seven-level height adjustment, so one run can move a full table order, a hotpot set with tall pots, or a stack of bussed plates without re-rigging the machine between services.

Navigation is laser SLAM, with fused 3D vision and lidar for obstacle avoidance. In practice that is what decides whether a robot survives a Saturday dinner service: the machine is rated through gaps from 800 mm, which covers most restaurant aisles and the space between tables.

Trays sized for real tableware

42 x 50 cm metal trays, 13 kg per tray and 30 kg across the stack. Seven height levels clear tall hotpot pots on one run and low dessert plates on the next.

Fits the aisles you already have

Fused 3D vision and lidar, rated through passages from 800 mm. No floor markers, no magnetic tape, no rebuilding the dining room.

Six service modes, switched in the app

Food running, bussing, sealed-compartment delivery, room delivery, guided return and standby. Staff switch between them without calling an engineer.

Sized for a double shift

Four-hour charge, 10 to 24 hours of runtime depending on duty cycle. A mid-service top-up is usually enough to finish the day.

Where it is deployed

Restaurants

Food running from pass to table during peak service, and bussing back. Staff stop walking the floor with a tray and stay with guests.

Hotpot and grill

Tall pots and multiple small dishes on one run. The seven-level stack is why this model is specified for hotpot more than any other.

Hotel floors

Room service and amenity delivery. Pair with the elevator module for multi-floor operation, or specify ZY-D-002.

Canteens and campuses

Fixed-route tray return and replenishment at set times, on a schedule rather than on demand.

Buyer questions

Will it fit through our aisles?

The machine is rated through passages from 800 mm. Send a floor plan, or a photo of the tightest point on the route, and we will confirm before you order — we would rather lose the sale than deliver a robot that cannot pass the service station.

Does it need floor markers or guide tape?

No. Navigation is laser SLAM: the machine builds its own map during commissioning and localises against it. No tape, no reflectors, no permanent changes to the floor.

How many units for a 60-table restaurant?

Typically one unit per 40 to 60 covers per service, depending on the distance between the pass and the dining area. We size it from your floor plan rather than from a fixed rule.

Can it take the elevator?

ZY-P-001 is a floor-level platform. For multi-floor work we pair it with the elevator control module, or specify ZY-D-002, which is built for multi-floor hotel delivery.

What is the lead time?

Standard configuration ships in roughly 15 to 30 days. Custom tray layouts and branding take 45 to 60 days.

Send your site details — floor plan, room or bay count, shift pattern — and we reply with the ZY-P-001 configuration that fits, an indicative budget and a delivery timeline. Usually within two business days.

Other platforms we deploy

Specifications are nominal values measured under standard test conditions and may change without notice. Actual performance depends on site layout, floor surface, network coverage, duty cycle and maintenance. Zheyan assembles, configures and acceptance-tests these platforms in-house at its Shaoxing facility; the exact platform revision and its certificate set for your destination market are confirmed in the written quotation.
