The data controller is Shaoxing Zheyan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Zhejiang, China, trading in English as Zheyan Robotics.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name and company name
- Your country
- Your business email address
- The application, estimated quantity and project details you choose to describe
We also receive standard technical data that any web server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and aggregate traffic analysis only.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry — preparing a quotation, shortlisting models, discussing your project. This is our legitimate interest and, where required, based on your request prior to entering a contract.
- To follow up on an active project — for as long as the commercial discussion continues.
- To meet legal obligations — export documentation, tax and accounting records where a contract is concluded.
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
4. Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also stores form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Email correspondence is handled through our business email provider. Both act on our instructions under their standard data processing terms.
We do not transfer your data to any other third party unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Where a contract is concluded, records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and export regulations.
6. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It does not use third-party analytics or remarketing scripts. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in our form processor's infrastructure with access limited to our sales team.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change and the revised version will be published on this page.
